Browser-only workspaces and existing hosted services have different access and storage models.
Free access and beta tools
New browser workspaces are free, with no registration, subscription or trial expiry. Solution names describe configured shared tools, not a promise of specialist functionality. Review the tools available for your solution before relying on them.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully, enter only information you are authorised to use and keep exports private. Customer outlets can be published with explicit consent; shared inbox links reveal customer details and allow replies, so share them only with trusted people. Anyone using the same browser profile can access saved workspaces.
Do not rely on beta tools as professional medical, legal, accounting or financial advice. Check records and calculations before acting on them.
Persistence and recovery
Your browser and device determine available storage. Browser data can be cleared or lost. Export backups regularly from Settings; restore them on the Create Workspace page. There is no automatic backup or recovery of deleted browser records without an export.
