Browser-only workspaces and existing hosted services have different access and storage models.
New workspaces: this browser only
Business details and the contacts, tasks, pipeline, menu and order records you enter into a new workspace are saved in this browser’s local storage on this device. These workspace records are not uploaded to hosted workspace storage and do not sync across devices.
No account is needed. Anyone with access to the same browser profile can open your saved workspaces. Workspace URLs are not private sharing links and do not give other devices access to your browser records.
Exports, deletion and storage limits
Export a workspace backup in Settings. The export contains your business records; store it securely. Restore an export through Create Workspace. Delete a workspace in Settings by confirming its name. Clearing site data removes all browser-only workspaces. Without a saved export, these records cannot be recovered.
There are no app-imposed paid limits, but browser storage has capacity and availability limits. No automatic backup or encryption guarantee is claimed.
Published outlets and shared inboxes
Publishing uploads only the outlet information and offerings you approve to Lovable Cloud. Customer submissions and business replies are stored online separately from your browser records. Customer private codes reveal only their own request. Shared inbox links allow trusted people to read customer details and reply; the creator can replace the link to revoke the previous one.
Keep your owner recovery link and workspace backup private and safe. Clearing browser data does not unpublish an outlet or erase its online requests. Unpublish before deleting local records, or use the owner recovery link; contact TruHub for online data deletion. No account-based recovery or specific retention deadline is promised.
Existing hosted workspaces and public forms
Existing hosted workspaces remain separate and protected by their existing authorization. Their business records, memberships and portal requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. No browser identity or inbox link grants access to these private records.
Public contact and demo forms send the details you submit for TruHub to respond. Existing hosted public customer portals collect request details, name and email; use the returned reference and email to check the reply. These submissions are not browser-only.
No specific hosted retention period or automatic deletion deadline is promised here. Contact TruHub about hosted data access or deletion.
